Welcome to our classroom blog, which we'll use to extend our discussion outside the classroom. I look forward to hearing from you throughout the year. We're primarily interesting in wisdom and understanding in this class, but participating in these discussions will also help your grade. Notice that I'll also post class assignments here.

For Friday, 8/25
--Read Confucius Lives Next Door Chapter 1 (pp. 3-27). Quiz
--Study map for a map quiz -- you may have to do some searching to fill in the names of countries!
--Find a partner or partners and choose your project country (first come, first served)
--I'll also collect your notebooks -- you must have a notebook only for this class
